Format any resume as a MAS document — paste it or upload the file, add the target JD if you have one, and print or download. Nothing touches the Bench unless you add the candidate yourself.

The formatted document opens here — pick the layout, theme and blind version, then print or download.

Onboarding

Signings

Every accepted offer kicks off its onboarding plan with owners per task (People, IT, Manager, Buddy) — the drop-off between offer and day 1 is where signings are lost.

Pipeline copilot

Ask the Scout

Answers with the Board's real data: bottlenecks, active offers, status per role. Never invents — it all comes from the pipeline.

How it works

End-to-end hiring with a Scout that shows its math

The MAS take on the ClearCo model (Hire → Succeed → Grow), focused on Hire: from role to signing with explainable AI at every step.

1 · The role

You define role, must-haves and nice-to-haves. The Scout writes the JD. The role enters the Board with its staged pipeline.

2 · The Bench

Each candidate enters with their CV (pasted or uploaded — the Scout reads it). Applying them to a role computes the match.

3 · The Card

The match is NOT a magic number: it's the visible sum of 5 measurable factors (must-have skills 45 pts, nice-to-have 15, seniority 20, English 10, time zone 10) — blind to name, gender and age.

4 · The Kit

Interview guide and scorecard travel TOGETHER and in the same order. The Scout builds questions that probe exactly what the CV didn't prove.

5 · The offer

With the scorecards read (average, red flags, verdicts), the offer goes out with a letter written by the Scout. Accepted = Signing.

6 · The Signing

Onboarding starts on its own: tasks with owner and phase (before day 1, week 1, month 1, month 3). No one is lost between the signature and day 1.

Where the AI comes in (and where it doesn't)

The Scout writes (JDs, kits, offers), reads (CVs) and explains (match, pipeline). The NUMBERS — match score, scorecard reads — always come from the deterministic engine: the AI cannot invent them. Without Azure OpenAI credentials everything runs in demo mode with deterministic fallbacks.

Interviewers

The Team

Availability when scheduling = each interviewer's declared windows ∩ their Teams calendar.

Notifications

The Outbox

Every candidate, interviewer and client message + link in one place. When Graph email is connected they send automatically; until then, copy the link and send it your way, then mark it sent.

Hire → Succeed

Succeed

Your hired people, once they're in. Performance reviews (the Scout drafts evidence-backed, you confirm) and goals — extends MAS Talent past Hire into the ClearCo Succeed stage.

Analytics

Reports

Everything computed from the same data you see — no separate BI. Including the match-quality loop: do high-match candidates actually convert?
